Youth Leadership Seminars
The Delaware Chapter conducts leadership seminars for high school and college age students. If you would like to learn more about our leadership programs and how the MOWW can support your youth group, contact Carl Witte at: carl.witte@hotmail.com.
Leadership video presentations on leadership are available for your use. They can be seen on YouTube at "MOWW Youth Leadership". Links are below. The titles are: "How to be a Great Leader," "The Power of Communication, Coordination, & Cooperation," and "Principles of Leadership and Life." Each of the video's are in two parts, "A" and "B". This makes it easier for planning and presenting. At the discretion of the presenter, the videos can be included with a virtual (Zoom) meeting, or an "in-person" seminar, meeting, or conference. The videos are intended to supplement a seminar. They may be used in whole or in part. Speakers, activities, and discussion topics are essential to a successful seminar.
Click on the links below to view the presentations on YouTube. Hint: when viewing on YouTube, click on the "Full Screen" icon which is at the bottom right of your screen. You can stop the video (double bars) or advance through the slides by moving your cursor on the scroll bar.
It is strongly recommended that leadership skill exercise sessions and group discussions be included with each video presentation. Fifteen Exercise and Discussion topics can be downloaded for your use. They can be can accessed at the links provided below.
